What we collect, why, and who can see it — written to be read.
Last updated August 2026. Tutor'n 4 All Children is operated by BusTrusted LLC ("we"). This page explains what we collect and how we use it. We wrote it to be read.
When a parent creates a family account we collect the parent's name, email address, and mobile number, plus the child's first name, grade, and a username the parent chooses. When sessions are booked we keep the schedule, session notes written by the tutor, progress records, and invoices. Placement and practice-test results are stored so the tutor can plan lessons.
Only to run the tutoring: signing you in, scheduling, teaching, tracking progress, and billing. We never sell personal information and never use children's information for advertising.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send transactional and customer-care text messages: one-time verification codes when you create or sign in to your account, session reminders and confirmations, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; reply HELP for help. Your mobile number and text-messaging consent are used only for these messages. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Children's accounts are created only by a parent or guardian, who controls them. We collect from a child only what a lesson needs (name, grade, their work), and a parent may ask us to delete a child's information at any time.
A lesson is recorded only when the parent has signed our Recording and Media Consent form, and recordings are shared only with that family and the tutor.
Mrs. Barnes and any tutor assigned to your child see your child's work. A parent sees only their own children. A student sees only their own work. Nobody else sees anything, and these limits are enforced in the database itself, not just on the screen.
Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: tutor4allchildren@gmail.com or the contact page. We honor these requests for everyone regardless of state.
We disclose personal information only when the law genuinely requires it or to prevent imminent harm.
